DescriptionEssential Job Functions:
oPhysically moves and lifts items or materials (40-50 lbs)oReceives, inspects, verifies, stages, and organizes all materialsoVerifies material descriptions, quantity, and quality against vendor documentation and company purchase orderoLoads/unloads incoming/outgoing materials, properly securing all outgoing loadsoManages and tracks material and tool inventoriesoInspects quality of materials and tools upon receipt and before issuingoInspects tools before issuing; identifying unsafe tools and fixing or removing them from inventoryoImmediately reports shortages and damaged materials and toolsoKeeps warehouse/storage areas safe, clean and in orderoUses small hand tools and operates material handling equipmentoAbility to learn and adhere to the Delta Constructors safety cultureoOther duties as assignedRequired Minimum
Qualifications:
oEducation:
High school diploma or equivalentoWork
Experience:
Experience as Materials Handler preferredoLicense/Certifications:
o Current and valid Driver's License o Must be able to pass a competency test for the operation of a Telehandler and a Skid Steer o Current OSHA 10 and Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) certificates or ability to obtain upon hireoPost Job Offer Requirements:
o Take and pass a pre-employment drug test o Alaska North Slope locations only:
Take and pass a Fit-for-Duty ExaminationKnowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
oAbility to be a self-starteroStrong organizational skillsoKnowledge in conducting inventory checkoGood understanding of materials handling, logistics and inventory functionoGeneral computer skills to include the use of Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel and the ability to learn receiving and inventory programsoKnowledge of proper handling of materials and equipment use conducive to conditions and its useoKnowledge of Hazardous Materials and Safety Regulations and industry practices related to materials and equipment use and operationoAbility to use time efficiently in order to complete projects on timeoAbility to communicate effectively in a team environmentoAbility to handle stress and possess positive attitude even in difficult or challenging situationsoAbility to attend training sessions, seminars and appropriate educational classes required by the departmentPhysical Demand/Work Environment:

Salary:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
